HOW MUCH IS THE MOTOR-MOUNT KIT TO PUT MY CRF/XR75/80/100/TTR125 ENGINE INTO A CR80/85?Unfortunately, there is NOT a $49 motor-mount kit available to do this
conversion. The CR80 frame must be modified extensively; almost every tube
must be cut off and re-welded while the frame is on a jig. The exhaust
system must be handmade for each different year bike, and extensive
modifications to the airbox, airboot, intake manifold, motor-mount plates,
kickstarter, foot peg mounts, brake pedal, etc. are required. BBR builds a
complete aluminum frame kit that puts everything in the exact right spot. We
also will build a complete aluminum framed custom bike, ready to ride,
        starting at $8,500.

WHAT PARTS DO YOU MAKE FOR THE XR200?BBR currently only has the aluminum frame kit to adapt the XR200 motor to
the CR80/85 chassis components (Frame Kit). This is the only product we make
        related to the XR200.

WHAT PARTS DO YOU MAKE FOR THE TT-R 225 AND TT-R 250?BBR does not currently make any parts for the TT-R 225 or TT-R 250. Powroll
may have some motor parts available for the TT-R 225/250.

HOW DO I JET MY BIKE?Every bike requires a different jetting spec that depends on the weather,
location, type of gas, engine, carb, pipe, cam, riding ability, etc.. A good
starting point on most 4-strokes (if you are adding a pipe, cam, etc.) would
be five to ten sizes bigger on the main jet.

CAN YOU PUT MOTOR X INTO CHASSIS Y?We get this question several times a day. Someone has a favorite motor that
they would like stuffed into the current magazine favorite bike. Or they got
a good deal on something that was wrecked/motor gone/etc. We probably could,
but the cost wouldn't be justified. If you take an old motor and put it into
an old chassis (paying thousands of dollars to do it), you still have an old
bike. In addition, we specialize in aluminum chassis design. We no longer
build or modify any frames made of steel. Please understand that there are no standards in the motorcycle world. Unlike
bicycles, every manufacturer chooses how to make a part and if they happen to be
the same as another motorcycle, it is dumb luck. Some of the only exceptions
are tires, handlebars, and chains. Motors do NOT interchange, suspension does
NOT interchange, and even wheels do not interchange between brands (and often not
even between different models of the same brand). If you are a good DIY fabricator,
this is no big deal. If you want to pay somebody to do it, it will be expensive.

While we're on the subject, NEVER EVER weld on an aluminum motorcycle frame. Even
if your buddy is an "awesome" welder, you will have to have the frame heat-treated
and/or aged to ever make it as strong as it was before you welded it. Once
you heat aluminum (to weld or form it) it has to be heat treated to be strong enough
to ride it again. If your welding shop tells you not to worry about it, RUN
AWAY QUICKLY and find a shop that understands something about aluminum.

HOW DO I GET SPONSORED BY BBR? ( I got 3rd place on our local track first time riding...if I had a BBR bike I could have won)BBR currently does not have an amateur sponsorship program. BBR does have a
race team which consists of national level pros and test riders plus full
time in-house test riders. BBR would love to give away all of their products
so everyone could enjoy them, but...

CAN YOU PUT YZ FORKS ON MY TTR?Yes, we can. The complete forks from the YZ runs about $1,500 in parts and
$500 in labor to install the YZ forks. But then you need a shock ($550) and
swingarm ($399) to even the ride out. To add a rear disc cost as much as
$2,000 in parts and labor. See the TT-R125 FAQ for the full story

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?
 Yes.

-
DO YOU HAVE A DISC BRAKE KIT FOR THE TTR125/CRF100F/XR100/XR200?Because no aftermarket disc brakes exist for dirt bikes, adding a disc brake
to a bike that didn't have it is very expensive. It usually requires
welding, fabricating and a lot of expensive OEM parts from some similar bike
that does have disc brakes. BBR can install disc brakes on your bike, but it
can run as much as $2,000 in parts and $1,500 in labor, depending on the
bike, year, etc., etc.. This covers extensive modifications to the frame,
swingarm, hubs, forks, etc. Do it yourselfers do this all the time using
parts from used bikes. Since it is labor intensive, it costs a lot to pay us
to do it. The better way is to step up to a chassis that already has great
brakes (and suspension) like the CR80/85 components that we use with our
        aluminum frame kit.

DO PEOPLE ACTUALLY SPEND THIS MUCH MONEY ON THEIR BIKES?BBR hand builds about 100+ complete bikes a year and fabricates thousands of
in-house parts as well, shipping to all corners of the world. BBR builds
proto-type bikes and parts for all of the major manufacturers. BBR is the
only company making complete custom dirt bikes to order, so the demand is
        extremely high.

DO YOU PROVIDE BLUE PRINTS OR MANUALS ON HOW TO BUILD YOUR OWN CUSTOM BIKE OR PARTS?No.
